Ya, a BEEFY c-4 with the shift kit and remote spin off oil filter and cooler for the trany. The engine, will start out on the mild side.....$$$$ flow is low these days. Hope to have a little cam, edelbrock intake, Carb -? . These will be determind for hood clearance issues be cause I want to use a real Shaker set up and it all has tobe right so I now if I need to do some major hood mods other then just cutting a hole. Headers, and custom dual exhaust. just need to pick out a set of headers.

if you can go with BBK 351w swap long tube headers, i love em , they fit better than shorties. the only way you will get a 351w under the hood is with a carb bonnet running to a air filter. if you have any questions let me know, i love the 408w in my mont and it seems like im the only that did a windsor with a 5speed lol.

If hood clearance is an issue, you might think about using k-member spacers. It's a little trick us bigblock guys are doing....here's a link for more info. http://bigblockfox.com/
I'll post some pictures of the spacers that I made for my car in the photo's section.

sounds like a sweet ride. so you think you can smoke a purple futura with a 302 that has unknown parts? while he's full throttling it, and you're only halfing maybe less?

Thank you for the new link. My uncle will be getting this Fairmont project after we finish installing the brake pads and dually wheels on the Superduty this weekend.
