I only had one car (in my run group) catch me all day long, and I gave him "the point by" at 3:16 ish. FYI: If you drive a Fairmont at the road course, you are instantly a rock star.

Well, find a road course, see if they have open track events, and sign up! I can almost guarantee that you will have fun.

That's great, thanks for sharing it! What suspension mods have you done? Tires, wheels?

Wow awesome work.
Is it a power steering rack? I need a new rack and am looking for some options than the crappy rebuilds I get locally. 15:1 Mustang steering you say? What brand?

It's just an Autozone special. Way overboosted, but at least it's quick ratio.

Impressive performance back then! We'll be getting this Fairmont project soon after we finished installing the set of winter tires and wheels packages on the truck this week. The previous owner of the Fairmont mentioned the car used to be a track performance monster.
