You would probably be better off having your seat recovered by a local upholsterer; they can usually match the materials and colors pretty well. Why buy a used bench seat that is 30+ years old, probably needs a lot of work, and costs a shite-load of money to ship. (unless you seat frame is destroyed).
Most upholsterers can shape and/or replace the cushions, tighten the base etc…it would problaby cost about the same.
What is wrong with your column, they are dead easy and cheap to repair in most cases. I believe the old 85 & up crown vic columns area direct swap, i may be wrong…..you may have to change the turn sig switch, but quite a few do have tilt wheel also.
A lot of the mid 80’s stuff will fit to include seats.
