try this: its the exact same instructions, just broken down a bit different on the last part.

(you could always get ZephyrEFI to help you out, he helped me out pretty good)

#1:Click on New Topic ,in the subject line type a title for your pics(must be at least 10 characters)
#2: In the text box Type somthing,anything, example:"This is my Ride"
#3: Above the text box you will see the Tools, on the bottom left hover over the tab Host an Image and click on it
#4: A box will open it will say upload your image Click on the browse button and select a photo from your PC and click open
#5: the image location will appear in the Browse box now click host it
#6: Next to Image URL you will see a button "copy" click on that (NOTE if a box appears asking allow access to clipboard select allow)
#7 Now hover over the tab Insert Image (next to Host an Image
Click on it ,put your cursor in the red box
Right click and select Paste and then ok .
