Are you still breathing in and out? Nice to see the new posts here, but it hurts to look at because the site has been taken over by spammers. Some of these messages have been here for two years, and there are about thirty of them to clean out and ban the users. Until it's done, this place feels like a ghost ship adrift without a captain.

Hey Teal its me fairmont _jeff alive and well, thanks for the post i was passing by and read it and have band this douche bag and his gucchi hand bag bull shit and am currently on site cleaning out the garbage. unfortunatly one of the down falls with a free forum is anyone can join and post ive pondered from time to time going .com and being in complete control of the content on site espesally the advertising crap that gets put on the site with no control.
Unfortunatly a real .com cost money/time and im not sure how i would cover the cost but im still thinking about the idea seriously to bring the content back to a true car forum.

I would really appreciate any thoughts or comments any of you may have on Fairmont302 going to a true .com

Thanks Fairmont_jeff(site owner and manager)

Good to hear from you Jeff. And great to see all of the new housekeeping efforts, they really show. The Monte looks nice, the wheel and tire combo with the ride height is kind of a throwback to the '70s but applied to a newer body style. The G bodies look better all the time, I used to have an '84 Hurst Olds way back in the day, and even though it wasn't very fast, it was a lot of fun and I miss it.

Thanks for the compliments on the site and my new ride its an 87 monte and I just finished a complete interior swap this summer (black/white leather) from the donor car in the background(87cutlass)
Currently running the orig 3.8 V6 in the monte but have a fresh 350 w/turbo 350 tranny w/shift kit orig out of a 77 monte sitting on the stand waiting to be transplanted this fall just doing some clean up and fresh paint on the block.
the 6 wont win any races but ive got it dressed up and it sure is good on fuel its been a fun cruiser for the summer.

WOW !!! Your alive !!! Hey everyone....Jeff is alive !!!!

LOL, I like the Monty. Has always been a favorite car of mine.....in a very long list of cars/trucks like most of us here.

I would like to see this site get big and busy again. A .com site would be great. I moderate at another site but not a site focused on just F/Z's all tho....its the F/Z's part of it is the busiest part of the whole web site.
I would help out here as much as possible if you need it Jeff if you go to the .com version.
