Thanks HandyAndy. Look what I have been up to today !!!  Yes !! I have the engine and trany in !! The best day ever and everything fell together........so easy ! Look at this next picture, The top of the intake for the carb to sit on is about as high as the radiator support. Hood clearance looks pretty damn good at this point. The engine sits way lower then I thought it would.  This next picute, the car really didnt lower hardly at all and I didnt even adjust the springs yet.  This is the best day I have had in a long time !! | |

| Been busy here !! I have a lot of the little stuff done. water pump, fuel pump, some of the vacuum lines, headers, spark plugs, Carb, tranny cross member is welded and bolted in.....so much but nothing really big...like the first start. | |

| All right, I have some stuff done !! Here is the engine up to date. This not the air cleaner I will be using...but close to.  Here is the new drive shaft I picked up on Friday. Its 2" longer then my stock. I put some Extreme Heavy Duty U-joints in. Some paint and all done.  A look at the shiny bottom side !!  So, thats it for now. Been busy cleaning and painting all the parts....bolting them on and repeat !! Getting closer, just down to cooling and electrical. Exhaust will be soon too.
