| Holy fuck!! Luckily thats just riveted onto the frame and easily replaced. Time to hit up the wreckers for another one. Grade 8 bolts of the proper size (rivet size) work well as rivet replacements. | |

It's a 95 with 177,xxx miles...this is a big problem for the 92-96 f150....just replaced rear spring frame brackets and shackles for the same problem.....frame is still in excellent condition. Everything that is rivited to the frame seems to rot off. It's all because of cheap out sourced parts vendors south of the border....I'm sure of it! My previous truck was an 88 f150....there wasn't much left of the body, but everything on the frame was still intact!

I'm not even going to bother with any salvage yards....chances are they're probably in the same shape mine are. I'm either going to pick them up from the dealer, or fabricate one...still on the fence....that stupid bracket is over $100 bucks at the dealer.

The bronco graveyard has them in stock for $105 plus tax. They're located in brighton michigan....what really sucks is that when the truck broke they were only 1 exit away from where I was going....although no saturday hours. Any of you ford truck guys need to check this site out...... http://broncograveyard.com/

| Wow, around here, you can count on that never happening in your whole life.
Of course, you pay for it in other ways.

-Mike S. This is what happens to our vehicles in the rust belt....you would think there would be a better solution other than salting the roads.
