| As I'm about to finish the install of the rear axle I started really looking at my control arms . I thought about having them welded up but thought maybe I'd ask what everyone here is using for options and opinions. What brand are you using and what do you think of them? What brands have you heard about both good and bad? My car will be primarily be a street car with occasional road course use. Thanks, Don | |

| I'm using adjustable team z lower control arms with metco double adjustable upper control arms. The only reason I'm using the metcos is because I got them on trade and only have $60 bucks in them, and they're new. If I were to do different, I would use team z exclusively. They make a quality part, and everything is built in house....they don't buy a massed produced part and put their name on it. Another nice thing Don, their shop is in Flat Rock Mi. I actually drove there and met the owner. He knew I was on my way and actually stayed open for me....I got held in traffic, and also gave me a tour of the shop and let me check out some of his customer cars. There were around 3 or 4 shootout cars that ran in the NMRA and NMCA . All in all they're good people! Bryan | |

| I run Global West rear lower control arms with stock uppers. The front bushing is a spherical rod end, and the rear bushing is a solid Delrin/Aluminum bushing. This takes all of the twisting loads off of the lower torque boxes, which helps them to not crack out. It also firmly locates the rear end, because the back bushing can't twist in any direction other than vertically. It really helped stabilize the handling of the back of the car. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and several people who don't.

| I actually got mine through Ford Motorsport (FRPP). Check their website. Just look for the features of spherical rod end front and delrin-alumin (Del-A-Lum) bushing rear. The picture in the catalog shows a tubular piece with a tang welded on the bottom for a swaybar mount, and a spring perch welded on top. | |
