| I just bought a full set of rebuilt calipers for my car form a company I found through eBay. I worked with Reliance Automotive in St. Louis. They had the best prices I could find even after shipping. I bought Tbird TC rear calipers and Mark VII front calipers with the steel pistons (more difficult to find and typically expensive). I just sent them an email with my needs and they responded within a day with a quote. I agreed and they sent me a Paypal request. I paid and all four were here within three days of my payment. These things are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. They'll paint up very nicely. The guy I worked with was Joe Stegall. Here's the email: info@reliancestlouis.comDon | |

Don Make sure that your lincoln calipers will work with your spindles. The mustang gt and the lincoln do not have the same spindles. Although the rotors interchange, the calipers do not. The lincoln uses a 73mm piston, which makes the caliper body larger than the mustang. The mustang caliper is either a 62-64mm piston. I ran into this problem with my car. I had both gt and lincoln calipers inside the car after I bought it back. The previous owner had installed the lincoln spindles on the car....I didn't understand why I couldn't bolt the gt stuff up until I started comparing the two. Even in my case, the brake lines were different. Hopefully you wont run into this. Bryan | |

| Don here are the pictures of the 2 different calipers....if anything double check yours just to make sure they work. Top caliper is the GT and on bottom is the lincoln. Left is the GT. lincoln Even the brake shoes do not interchange....This is what I ran into, but please, someone correct me if I'm wrong. | |

| You know, from what I've read from these links, I got screwed the first time around when I bought everything for my brake upgrade, or the calipers were replaced. I never initially found out if they worked because I sold the car and then bought it back about 2yrs later. Hopefully I didn't misinform you or anyone else. | |

| Well...I'll let you know!! I'm about to embark on the whole thing in about two weeks (assuming I don't have to go to Mexico). I bought the paint and will do them over the next few evenings. I hope to have my current k member pulled next weekend and then will start reassembling it all.
Thanks for the info though.
