| Does anyone know if the rear seat from a Mustang will fit the coupe F/Z?
I want to make a custom rear seat but can't bring myself to cut up my original seat foam.
Thanks, Don | |

| I've been told no....the Stang is narrower because of the wheel well locations. Don't mean you could not make some side fillers or what ever if you want a custom set up any how. | |

| Cool. I think I'll look for a stang back seat setup then. I want to make two seats with a console that runs form front to back so it sounds like a good place to start!
Thanks again, Don | |

| I test fit a back seat from a notchback Mustang once. it was WAY too small. | |

| That may make it perfect for what I want to do. I've mocked up a full length console (under dash to rear seat bulkhead) and I need something to start with that is much narrower. Maybe it'll work out more easily than I hoped...yeah right... Don | |

| What about a hatchback rear seat? they have individual seatbacks, so that might look better if you're looking to split it. | |

| AWESOME IDEA! I hadn't thought of that. And I might just have the place to get them cheap. My son's 'stang has a full roll cage and he can't use the back seat...so maybe he'll "sell" them to me at a reasonable price...
I'll let you all know soon!
Thanks again for the great idea!
