Irwin Drill Bits Empty
PostSubject: Irwin Drill Bits   Irwin Drill Bits Icon_minitimeWed Jul 24, 2013 8:52 am

I purchased a set of drill bits from Matco tools.  My bud bought a set and after i borrowed one, i was sold on them, and they have a lifetime warranty on the ones over ¼ in diameter. I have been doing a lot of recalls on the Ford Windstar vans, and they require some drilling, i don’t know how many recalls i did off hand, but they held up well, now bear in mind, i had also drilled a shite load of holes in those mustangs to remove panels, brackets, fittings etc, i finally turned two bits in for exchange-no hassles.

If you ever have to drill out a lock cylinder, or exhaust stud, they make the job so easy, and with excellent chip ejection, you’ll never want to use a drill doctor again. For most applications, you don't need to use a pilot hole either!!

If you want the same quality drill bit, you too can go to your local Ace hardware or other main hardware store and purchase a split point 35 degree Irwin drill bit in the size you need. I’m uncertain if they offer the same lifetime warranty, however they are the best bang for the buck.

In my opinion: “They are as tough as the hinges on the gates of Hell”
