Hi everyone, I'm restoring a 78' Mercury Zephyr 4dr w/302 that I have owned since 1992. In fact when my youngest daughter who is 19 was born, that was her first car ride on the way home from the hospital. I've had a few weak moments through the years and thought about selling it but she always says "But it's part of the family" and she's right. Anyway the motor is strong but I did not keep it covered the last few years and the rust got away from me. I just got back to work but shortly I am going to be in the market for a hood and trunk lid to start with. I would appreciate any suggestions. Also I am curious if any other year models body parts will work on the 78'.
Thanks

pretty much all parts interchange from 78-83 with a few trim changes. once in a while new panels/trim/upolstery appear on e-bay. good luck.
