I will be ordering the paint on may 18th "if I get the body work done by then", still have not decided on a color. I'm leaning towards Summit Racings dark candy apple red. My low tech back yard operation , will be using my in laws air compressor to paint it with. It is not big enough to run a da sander though , note the electric sander.[img][/img] I had to remove the drivers door bc it had rust all the way around it. Any ideas on what to use to get the gum left behind by the stripes? Goo Gone was a waste of $ for me.

That's what I did at first , but found I was spending alot of time glazing over the scratches trying to make the surface even. I stole a Chore Boy cleaning pad from the kitchen with a bottle of rubbing alcohol , works pretty good.
