PostSubject: Fairmont Futura - Mercury Zephyr Z-7 Interior   Thu May 20, 2010 1:20 am

I was at the Pick Your Part on Beach in Anaheim, CA today, 5/19/10.
1980 Fairmont Futura.
Complete RED interior in mint condition. Forget about the dash pad.
Seats, door panels, rear plastic panels, headliner, seat belts, its all there if you want it!
Exterior RED body parts also in great shape. Grille is broken, 1/2 rear tail lights.
Bumpers have the black bumpers but no rub strip.

I left with nothing after the guy wanted $15 for a Vacuum Delay Valve.
That place is expensive compared to Ecology.

was it a two door or 4? coupe or sedan? if its a 2 dr coupe, i desperately need the interior plastics, almost all of them! and if it has the wrap around tail light lens, i also need those, at least the drivers side, but all if they are better then mine. please get back to me.

As I said, this is the 1980 Futura, Z-7 2 door model.

The tail light is missing the driverside center and backup.
The other 4 lenses were pretty good.

The phone number will not do you any good, as this is a self-serve yard.
You need to go and physically spend the hour+ it will take you to get those rear panels,
and then somehow carry them and your tools to the long line at the checkout window.
Memorial Day weekend is 1/2 off all parts. If the car is still there by then.
