 cutting front springs

does any one no how to cut front coil springs i want to lower my car 2" which end do i cut top or bottom let me no thanks

You cut the top, but i would recommend just ordering some Ford motorsport springs or something from Eibach. The heat from cutting can potentially weaken the spring and cause you all kinds of hell down the road with alignment and there is also the danger of spring failure as you drive down the road.
