Change the colors!

Geez this forum is HARD to read. The colors are killing me!!!!!!!

You have to be more specific than the colours are killing me lol, which colours in piticular? Background Black STAYS, Everything looks fine to me no problem reading the post, but do tell which coulors are killing you most ,TEXT ??????????? explain please........Jeff
BTW you do have a tool bar RED Green Blue ect . take some time to fool around with it and show me what you mean If your unsure how to use the tool bar click on the ? lots of tips on how to use the TOOLS

I like the light blue on black. It reminds me of the first Fairmont related forum I found in 1999 or so.

Other than that, I think that most of the colors on the black background should be light in nature, especially for text. The deep blue is especially hard for me to see against black.

I agree I really like the blue on black myself . every one needs to jump in here and voice there opinion otherwise it will remain as is. gonna try moving this topic over to the message boardand see what everyone thinks..........Jeff

Black background is ok.

1. The black background and then the dark red background alternating posts is hard to follow. Maybe a dark grey or something.

2. All the buttons below each post... pm, email, www, online...etc. Clutters it up and makes it even harder to follow.

3. Subject: Re: Change the colors! Yesterday at 12:09 am <--- at the top of every post AND reply is in the same color as the post. Can that be changed.

4. I have no idea what you are talking about with the toolbar.

5. Joined, posts, location is also the same color as the post.

6. Steve loves the cock.

Unfortunatly most of the items you mentioned 2,3,5 all are unchangeable without totally revamping the site with a new template which im sure some would like and some would not lol and would be a hell of alot of work,
# 4 The toolbar is the multiable small boxes with icons in them right above the text box you use to post.
#5 text colour itself applies to all the text that is the light blue.
#6 WTF guessing maybee a inside joke, all adults here so im not gonna go nuts on the language here but do keep it reasonable.
#7 Ya it does kinda reminds me of the original F/Z board were I fist found all you F/Z fanatics and did kinda inspire the look .(Dude I Loved That Board)
Still might test a few diferent text colours and take a vote (Maybee) Hope this answers a few of your concerns maybee green is better lol

I personally like the blue, its pretty easy to read. The dark blue needs to go though, i cant read it without highlighting it.

I hear ya on that I hate the dark blue , tryied 1 night for about 4 hrs lol to change it with no luck finally got a headache and gave up. I will take another crack at it when ive got some time to kill
