where can i get this part?

anyone know where i can get the strip that runs up this part of the window, where the glass slides up and down in? (sorry, i cant rememebr what its called. )

I wish I knew. Years ago I got them at the junk yard.
Have not seen any decent ones since. Also a pain to take out.

Now I also need them again as the plastic? mylar? is chipping.
The flocking that covered it is long gone.

I should probably examine them closely and come up with a suitable replacement.

They're called glass channel runs, or glass run channels. I'm sorry I don't have any specific info but google and jc whitney might be a place to start....

Mine are just as bad and my passenger side is pretty much gone.

That link has a good idea, I might give it a try once I have a free weekend to take the door apart.
